Position Facts
•
Type: This is a phone and
outside sales position calling on senior corporate staff, business
owners and corporate executives. Target prospects are resellers in
major US cities (as assigned) desiring to sell, or increase their
sales of, consulting services and solutions.
• Level. The sales process is to resellers and business
partners. After sale support is provided primarily by the company,
so you can focus on getting new business.
• Sales Cycle. This is a value sell. Learn the partner’s
business, help them understand how Saga can help improve their
efficiencies and profitability through selling our IT services and
solutions, close the relationship. You will then sell consultatively
and make recommendations to these partners of the various solutions
the company offers to address their client’s business issues. You
will have assistance in supporting the partner and helping you sell,
and you will have a full team of recruiters and career managers
behind you to deliver what you’ve sold.
•Territory. You will call within a pre-defined geographical.
Understand, you can close a partner if the home office is in your
area, and get paid for all US based business for that partner if you
drive that business.
• Leads. You are responsible for prospecting; however we will
assist in training you to do so effectively. Prospects are easily
identified by categories most likely to fit our target profile.
• Schedule. Set your own schedule (work days and hours) - we
are only interested in results.
• Location. You will work from your home. Working from home
allows you to minimize commuting hassles, accommodate child and
other dependent care, balance work and other interests, and so on.
An enviable lifestyle can be created with both financial and time
resources available to you. However, you should assume some F2F
client visits will be required to close business. If you don't want
to work at home, you executive suites are available in most major
cities.
• Pay Plan. Commission-only pay with commissions paid at a
fixed percentage of gross profit and there is no cap. Independent
contractor arrangement means no salary, benefits, or expense
reimbursements are permitted. The upside is that commissions are
significantly higher and all expenses are business deductions.
• Potential. Realistic earning potential is $10K to $20K per
month after you establish a partner base. More is possible for
superior performers. You can also earn nothing - especially if you
don't make calls, fail to learn or implement the proven sales
process, or if you act or sound like a telemarketer.
•Training. Initial and ongoing training is provided via
conference calls and website.
• Requirements. Must be self-motivated, independent, and
self-reliant while still operating within a virtual team and open to
guidance to optimize success. We expect a serious commitment to
doing whatever it takes to succeed.
