Saga Acceptance Process- CSE


Here are the steps required to be offered the position:


1.  Learn about the Position. Read the sales team recruiting information on the Saga website. Note that we require candidates to choose the one position they are most qualified for and interested in.

2.  Resume. Email your up-to-date resume, Saga Job Application form and Career History form to CSE@sagacs.com

3.  Schedule Interview. Submit the online Interview Schedule form.

4.  Audios. Selected candidates will be sent an email with links to an Orientation audio and also to an audio describing how we build virtual sales teams.

5. Orientation Conference Call. Selected candidates will be invited to attend a one hour conference call with the Saga CEO and AVP-Business Development. This is not a group interview. The purpose of the call is to answer your questions and provide additional insight enabling a clear decision to be made whether to pursue the position. It will be expected that you studied this team website, the client website, and listened to the audios prior to attending.

6. Survey. Standardized questions to ensure complete understanding of position and expectations as discussed during the Orientation. Provides you the opportunity to express your interest and commitment to succeed in the position.

7. Phone interview. A select few applicants will be invited to call the VP sales and perhaps also the CEO after the Orientation. You will be sent an email with the phone number and extension to call at during the time period you select.

8. Required Documents: If you are selected to join the team you will be asked to send in Work History and References (online forms), ID copies, a W9 form, and the ICA.

9. Acceptance Decision. An email will be sent with our decision. If accepted, a user name and password to access the Team Resources section of this website will be sent to you so you can start studying the Training Manual and other documents.

10. Training Invitations. You will then receive emailed invitations to initial product and sales training sessions, and then notices of weekly sales training sessions.
